The firm is currently run by Arthur McNamara, broker and Joan McNamara, associate broker, both grandchildren of the founders of the company.

Arthur has been a real estate broker for over 35 years. His experience as broker is further enhanced by his experience as a licensed residential appraiser and insurance producer.  By continually attending seminars relating to real estate and insurance he has continued to keep abreast of current topics and concerns in today’s market place.

Joan not only brings the feminine point of view to the buyers and sellers of homes but also brings added diversity in approach as she originally started her Real Estate Career in California over 25 years ago.
